- Scheduling appointments and following up on customer satisfaction
- Greeting customers both in-person and over the phone
- Developing rapport with prospective buyers and generating leads
- Maintaining and updating online inventory listings on various websites
- Effectively demonstrating product features and values to customers
- Ensuring accurate completion of transaction paperwork and making follow-up sales & service calls
- Initiating and maintaining communication with customers via phone, email, and internet leads to set appointments
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
- Call center or customer service experience is highly preferred
- Strong motivation and persistence to succeed
Proficient in using computers and the internet - Energetic, enthusiastic, and organized with excellent communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- A solid work ethic with a passion for providing superior service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Must be a self-starter with an outgoing, customer-focused personality
- High school diploma or GED required
