Giulia utilizes traditional cooking techniques, including whole animal butchery, fermentation & pickling, and charcuterie. Job Responsibilities- Help lead the Cambridge restaurant into its 14th year as one of Greater Boston’s best Italian restaurants.
- At least one year of experience in upscale dining.
- Strong desire, determination and drive for excellence in culinary craft.

ScheduleFull‑time position with night and weekend shifts. Giulia is closed on Sundays and most major holidays.
