We are growing! Bri-Mar Solutions, LLC is looking to hire a Dump Truck Driver (single axle).

The Dump Truck Driver is responsible for safely transporting and dumping loads of concrete and related materials using a single‑axle dump truck under 26,000 GVWR. This role does not require a CDL but does require a clean driving record, strong awareness of safety practices, knowledge of Columbus (and surrounding areas) and the ability to operate the truck in tight or busy job‑site environments.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Dump Truck to haul concrete and debris from job sites to approved dump locations.
- Load and Dump Materials following company and site safety procedures.
- Perform Pre-Trip Inspections including checking tires, lights, hydraulics, and fluid levels.
- Maintain Accurate Load Documentation such as weight tickets, disposal receipts, and daily logs.
- Follow Traffic and Site Safety Rules at all times.
- Communicate with Dispatch regarding load status, delays, or equipment issues.
- Perform Basic Truck Maintenance such as cleaning, greasing, and reporting mechanical concerns.
- Assist Crew Members when needed to support job‑site operations.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Candidate must be 21 years or older.
- Experience operating a single‑axle dump truck or similar equipment preferred.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs, climb into/out of the truck, and work outdoors in varying weather.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures for hauling and dumping materials.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Outdoor construction and demolition sites.
- Frequent driving, backing, and maneuvering in tight spaces.
- Exposure to dust, noise, and possibly heavy equipment.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.
- Ability to climb, bend, and operate hydraulic controls.
- Ability to perform routine truck checks and minor maintenance.
