Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Delaware and Marysville is growing and looking for motivated individuals who want a real opportunity to build a career in plumbing service. We are hiring apprentices, junior technicians, and experienced plumbers. If you have mechanical ability, can communicate clearly with customers, and are willing to learn how to present solutions and close work the right way, this is a strong opportunity to change your career and provide for your family. Plumbing experience is a plus, especially service work, drain cleaning, or mechanical systems, but we are willing to train the right candidates who show up on time, work hard, and bring a positive attitude. Communication skills matter just as much as tool skills. Motivated candidates will be successful here.

• Residential and light commercial service plumbing such as water heater installation and replacement (tank and tankless), water softeners and filtration systems, sewer and drain cleaning, excavation and sewer repairs, leak detection, fixture repairs, gas piping, mechanical plumbing systems, remodels, tenant improvements, and service upgrades.
• Work in a team environment built on accountability, respect, and growth.
• Communicate with customers, present solutions, and close work the right way.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Drug‑free status.
