Position SummaryThe Protection Specialist will provide executive protection and security services on an as-needed basis. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to respond quickly to dynamic situations. The position involves frequent travel and irregular hours based on client requirements.
- Provide personal protection and security for executives and designated individuals.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement security measures to ensure safety during travel and events.
- Coordinate logistics for secure transportation and site security.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Respond to emergencies and security incidents promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in Law Enforcement or Executive Protection required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass FBI and BCI background checks.
Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work irregular hours and travel extensively (up to 50%).
- Advanced defensive driving skills.
- Knowledge of threat assessment and security protocols.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
