• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad to ensure shelf and display stock conditions.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
• Confirm sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with the management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years old with a valid state driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, meeting physical demands such as lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25‑35 miles of Marysville, OH (or within 25‑35 miles of Delaware, OH).
• Schedule availability:
  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday with a 7:00 am start time.

• Hourly compensation $16.00‑$18.00 based on relevant experience.
