As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you will be the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers' automotive needs. No need to tear down engines—though if you can, that’s a plus—but a background in automotive parts is preferred.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with auto parts questions in person and over the phone.
• Use your parts knowledge to help other team members answer customer questions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Engage with customers with high energy in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs.

What You’ll Need:

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn.
• High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade courses are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good listening skills and empathy for customers.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Passion or background in automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership industries.
• Experience with cataloging or inventory systems.
• Customer-centric attitude.
• ASE Certifications.
