• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures to keep products in stock and store presentable.
• Support in managing daily operations and lead by example to deliver excellent customer service.

• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence with active automotive liability insurance during employment.
• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure product availability.
