The Role

From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, with flexibility to work some overtime on an as‑needed basis including some weekends and some holidays.

What You'll Do
  • Experience/skilled at utilizing forklift to handle pallets with irregular shapes and weights to 1,250+ lbs.
  • Load/unload finished goods pallets safely on/off trucks and in/out of warehouse racks/conveyors
  • Check that loads are complete and loaded properly
  • Scan every pallet of resin and finished good before moving it to a different location
  • Perform daily equipment checks such as recharging the forklift battery and lubricating equipment
  • Identify and correct user level faults on automatic cranes and conveyors
  • Ensure the paperwork for outbound and inbound shipments are correct before the Bill of Ladings is signed
  • Perform regular equipment checks, complete related documentation, and notify the supervisor of unsafe conditions
  • Complete all related paperwork, including shipping inspection form, Post shipment work order forms, Post receipt work order forms, and any other customer‑specified paperwork to be submitted upon completion of a load
  • Move pallets around the storage facility
  • Stack goods in the correct storage racks, following inventory control instructions
  • Comply with all BRCGS Standards, Safety Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures
Essential Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skill in organizing work, taking initiative, setting priorities and sound decision making.
  • Possess logic, problem solving, and trouble shooting skills.
  • Deals effectively with company personnel on all levels ranging from production co‑workers to management.
  • Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of plastic extrusion experience
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Previous manufacturing experience
Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary
  • Wages ranging from $18.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
