Overview
The Delaware County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. The successful candidates will primarily be responsible for handling a felony docket, civil clients or a juvenile caseload within the county. Excellent research and writing skills required. Some litigation involved. Attendance at some meetings and/or hearings outside of traditional working hours required.

Qualifications- One to two years relevant experience is preferred, but new graduates that have passed the bar will also be considered.
- Other candidates must be licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.
