A $75 fee applies to classified ads submitted by non-member Ohio municipalities, consulting agencies, recruitment platforms, and out-of-state organizations. The City of Delaware’s Human Resources Department is growing and adding an additional Human Resources Specialist to the team!
Under the guidance of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Specialist performs professional and technical human resources support for all City departments. The Human Resource Specialist possesses the knowledge, experience, and expertise necessary to provide support and guidance across a wide range of human resources functions, including but not limited to recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance and organizational development.
The Specialist will also aid with general department support functions and events, as needed.
- Provide professional and technical human resources support for all City departments under the guidance of the Director of Human Resources.
