Live-In Details: Cottage close to property 2 bedroom/2 full baths

Days: Mon-Fri (some weekends and some holidays)

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Compensation: $50k to $85k per Year

Additional Benefits: Medical, 401K, Vacation

A Delaware Oh family is looking for a live-In housekeeper/laundress who has experience working in a formal home . Must have excellent housekeeping/house cleaning and laundry skills including ironing. There are 3 dogs in the home that will need occasional watching on the weekends.

Main Work Duties:

• Housekeeping.
• Maintain household cleaning schedules and checklists.
• Ensure care of fine furnishings, surfaces, and finishes.
• Laundry and proper garment care.
• Ironing.
• Run errands, open packages.
• Shopping.
• Help with household events and special preparations.
• Oversee wardrobe and closet organization.
• Pet care (require watching on weekends occasionally).
• Restock kitchen when needed.
• Floral care.
• Occasionally cooking.

Required Qualities:

• Experienced formal housekeeper with management experience.
• Experience working a fine home.
• Excellent laundry skills.
• Dedicated with strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Trustworthy and reliable.
• Proactive and resourceful.
• Excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ solid years of related experience working in a private home.
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
