With a focus on excellence, youll evaluate patients, craft tailored treatment plans and lead our clinical team to deliver top-notch care.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to patients and their families, ensuring a supportive and compassionate care experience.
Lead our clinical team with confidence, coordinating care and promoting collaboration to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Engage in community education initiatives to raise awareness and promote wellness in partnership with hospital education programs.
Deliver efficient and effective patient care in a 1:1 setting, utilizing your expertise to guide individuals toward recovery.
Ensure accurate billing and thorough documentation practices, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree as a minimum requirement; masters degree or doctorate preferred.
Competencies

Skills:

Essential:
Demonstrate clear communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in electronic health records and software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.
Credentials:
Essential credentials include PT (Physical Therapist) certification and BLS (Basic Life Saving certification).

Education:

Bachelor of Science (BS) in related field is essential for education.
