Monday/Wednesday (8am-7pm), Tuesday/Thursday (8am-2pm), Friday (7am-4pm)
Compensation: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on years of experience

- Provide patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
- Implement high‑quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities with minimal supervision, in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and Select Medical policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
- College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
- Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE.
- Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process).
- CPR certification.
