• Lead teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of assigned classes.
• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe environment.
• Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
• Collaborate with other childcare professionals to develop an engaging curriculum and growth opportunities for students.

• Feel a sense of accomplishment through children’s laughter and learning from activities you planned.
• Observe children’s interests and partner with other teachers to create engaging curricula.
• Communicate with parents daily about their child’s adventures and achievements via mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Engage with other childcare professionals and continue to grow in your profession.

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
• Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members
• Ability to calmly address stressful situations while multi-tasking to ensure smooth school operations
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in relation to handling children, with infant-specific lifting requirements for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers
• Meets background check eligibility
