AV Coordinator Position
Liberty Barn Church, Delaware, OH
Part Time | 10-12 Hours per Week

Worship Director
Liberty Barn Church is seeking a talented and dependable AV Technical Coordinator to lead and manage all aspects of audio/visual production for our worship services and events. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of audio equipment, mixing concepts, and a proactive, solutions oriented mindset in live production environments.
This is a part time position (10-12 hours per week), including Sunday mornings, worship planning meetings, rehearsals, and special events/concerts. This position will also require attendance and supervision of major holiday services (Christmas Eve, Easter Sunday). Additional paid opportunities for weddings and funerals.

- 3+ years of experience in live audio/visual production preferred
- Solid experience with live audio mixing and stage setup
- Familiarity with Allen & Heath digital consoles (SQ7 and SQ5)
- Proficiency in Pro Presenter and Pro Tools
- Experience with stage lighting and multi-camera live streaming
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Calm, professional demeanor during live technical challenges
- Ability to lead and train volunteers and paid staff
- Ability to collaborate effectively with worship leaders, musicians, and vocalists to support and enhance the musical worship experience
- Be available for Sunday morning services
- Be available for Tuesday morning worship meetings
- Collaborate with the Worship Director, worship team members, and musicians to ensure optimal audio and visual support during services
- Set up the stage for various instruments and performance configurations
- Patch all instruments through the stage box to the SQ7 console
- Create high quality audio mixes that enhance the worship experience
- Configure Pro Tools for multitrack recording of services
- Operate and adjust the stage lighting system as needed
- Prepare and update weekly Pro Presenter presentations
- Oversee and operate the multi-camera live streaming system
- Mix livestream audio using the SQ5 console
- Monitor livestream quality to ensure a smooth viewing experience
- Provide A/V support for weddings, funerals, and special events (additional pay)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues calmly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free tech booth and stage area
- Train, schedule, and manage a team of volunteers and paid A/V staff
