Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Job Foreman/Crew Leader to oversee construction projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will lead and coordinate a skilled team of construction workers, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will drive project success by managing schedules, supervising daily operations, and maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.

• Lead and supervise construction crews on-site, providing clear direction and ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or Heavy Bid, coordinating with project managers to meet deadlines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide crew activities and ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Monitor construction progress daily, adjusting plans as needed to stay on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
• Enforce safety regulations in compliance with OSHA standards; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to promote a safe work environment.
• Manage project budgets by tracking labor, materials, and equipment costs; assist with construction estimating and budgeting efforts.
• Oversee quality control processes, ensuring work meets contractual requirements and industry standards; perform inspections using tools like ohmmeters and other testing devices.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project flow; manage contracts and change orders as necessary.
• Supervise the use of construction site management software for documentation, reporting, and project tracking; ensure all site activities are properly documented.

• Extensive experience in construction site management with proven supervising experience in large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Pro Core, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, Heavy Bid, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration processes.
• Ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering collaboration.
• Skilled in using measurement tools such as ohmmeters for quality control testing on-site.
• Experience working within pipeline projects or heavy civil construction environments preferred.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
