Hixen Search Group is partnering with a large, growth‑oriented manufacturing company to hire a Senior Accountant with strong expertise in inventory and cost accounting. This is a high‑impact role that goes beyond traditional accounting functions. This role will require a proactive, solution‑driven professional who thrives in environments where processes are being built, optimized and continuously improved.
Responsibilities- Lead inventory and cost accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and internal controls
- Prepare and review journal entries and perform account reconciliations
- Support month‑end close and audit processes
- Oversee fixed asset accounting, including full lifecycle management
- Perform inventory reconciliations and analyze variances

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
