Keep critical operations running at full strength. As a Maintenance Mechanic in ourfeedmill,you’llperform preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and rapid emergency response to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient production. Yourhands onexpertisewill support the reliability of essentialfeedmillequipment, helpingmaintainconsistent operations and product quality. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy troubleshooting, working with complex machinery, and making a direct impact on daily production performance.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Weekends/Saturdays as business needs dictate.

• Responsible for moving throughout the facility,reach vertical heights up to 150 feet to perform repairs,PM’sand monitors Equipment in both open and confined spaces.

• Perform preventive Maintenance as assigned which includes but is not limited to fabrication, rebuilding of machinery, gearboxes, pumps, etc.

• Document work on work orders as appropriate.

• Respond to emergency breakdown during both on and off duty hours to ensure operation continuity on a 24-houra daybasis.

• Generates andsubmitspaperworkrelatedto work location such as workorderstimecards, and any related to meetings, safety, etc.

• Perform all equipment repairs and daily work within OSHA regulation, lockout/tag –out, and Perdue safety book guidelines.

• Reading, Writing,Mathand Analytical skills.

• High School or equivalent is beneficial but not required.

• Exposed to existing weather conditions while outside work is performed.

• Exposed toair borndust, chemicals such as hexane, caustic soda, aluminum chloride.

• Must haveability to move through the facility and carry required equipment, tools which could weigh as much as 100ibs.

• Mustwearrequiredsafety equipment.
