This is a full-time remote role for an AR Receivables and Appeals Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing account receivables, processing claims, handling debt collections, and resolving payment discrepancies. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating denied claims, preparing effective appeals, monitoring claim statuses, and ensuring timely payments. The role requires collaboration with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and optimize revenue cycle management.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in finance and invoicing processes
• Experience in debt collection and resolving account discrepancies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with various stakeholders
• Familiarity with healthcare billing and insurance processes is preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office suite
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in medical billing and coding are a plus
