The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role with primary responsibilities that include patient vitals, EKG, phlebotomy, and front office duties. Experience in insurance, VOB, and exercise knowledge is a plus.
Administrative Duties:- Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Follow-up calls to discuss patient progress and address concerns.
- Refer complex requests to appropriate staff.
- Maintain a friendly environment, greet patients, and uphold high standards of patient service.
- Monitor inventory of supplies.
- Scan and upload documents in patient files.
- Assist in staff training on procedures.
- Support clinic marketing and promote clinic success.
- Obtain vitals, perform EKG, phlebotomy, and administer IM injections.
- Prepare lab forms and handle results.
- Assist with patient referrals and document progress notes.
- Conduct follow-up calls and perform other clinical duties as needed.
- Medical Assistant certification
- Front office experience with insurance and VOB knowledge
- Experience in EKG and phlebotomy
- Exercise training (a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
