** to join ours. In this role, you’ll support Head Start Teachers to create a joyful, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children ages 3–5.
** What You’ll Do
*** As a Teacher Assistant, you will:
** Support classroom routines, instruction, and transitions throughout the day.
* Foster a safe and nurturing space for children to learn and grow.
* Help implement a child-centered curriculum that encourages exploration and creativity.
* Assist with documentation and observation of children’s progress.
* Model positive interactions, language, and behavior.
* Build respectful, trusting relationships with children, families, and coworkers.

** Minimum Qualifications
*** High School Diploma or GED required; CDA or related coursework in ECE preferred.
* Ability to lift 40 lbs. and engage actively with children.
* Pass a physical exam and background check.
* Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation required.

This position earns up to $20.00/hr
