Sr Specialist, Account Management

• Oversee assigned Medical Products and Distribution customer(s) regarding supply chain health and service needs
• Build relationships between the customer’s supply chain team and internal teams to ensure seamless service
• Conduct proactive account reviews and engage regularly to meet customer expectations
• Prevent order disruptions by managing inventory issues and product standardization
• Resolve open order issues by analyzing trends and collaborating with customers for solutions

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of customer management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Demonstrated ability to be highly motivated and creative within a team setting
• Experience in managing customer relationships in a healthcare context
  
  Familiarity with supply chain management concepts
• Skills in analyzing performance metrics and key performance indicators
