• Prepare and maintain master project budgets and timelines to meet overall project objectives
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews at various project phases
• Assist in the selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices with clients and property management
• Maintain compliance with government laws, regulations, and established building codes

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
• Hands‑on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred

• Experience leading, motivating, and developing employees in a project management capacity
