- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- 3 - 5 years in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
- 3 - 5 years of experience with IVR or chatbot technologies
- Relevant certifications such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
