- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
- Exceptional strategic problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related discipline
