This role is ideal for individuals who are confident on the phone, comfortable multitasking, and motivated by performance-based earnings. Many team members use this position as a launch point into automotive sales and leadership roles.
- Compensation:
$17/hour base pay plus performance-based bonuses - Bonus opportunities tied to appointments and results
- Daily Pay available
- Schedule includes evenings and rotating weekends
- Flexibility provided with advance scheduling
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with customers actively shopping for a vehicle
- Set, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments with detailed and accurate notes
- Build rapport and develop relationships over phone, text, and email
- Apply proven sales techniques and scripts to move customers toward appointments
- Follow up with customers who missed appointments to re-engage and regain commitment
- Take initiative, stay organized, and consistently manage multiple screens and tasks simultaneously

- Persuasive and confident conversational ability
- Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and basic software tools
