As Staff Accountant
, you will support the accuracy and integrity of financial operations by managing supplier rebate programs, client incentive agreements, and core accounting functions. This role ensures that accruals, reconciliations, and payouts are timely and accurate while collaborating with Supply Chain, Sales, and FP&A teams. The Staff Accountant also assists with month-end and year-end close, journal entries, sales tax, and audits.

• Program Administration:
  Manage the full lifecycle of supplier rebate programs, including data analysis, calculation, submittal, and reporting.
• Compliance & Accruals:
  Review rebate agreements to ensure accurate financial accruals and timely payouts.
• Audit & Reconciliation:
  Perform monthly reconciliations, researching and resolving variances to maintain ledger integrity.
• Cross-Functional Partnership:
  Collaborate with Supply Chain, AP, and Sales to manage client costing and financial statement accuracy.

• Agreement Oversight:
  Administer client incentive programs, ensuring accurate calculation and reporting in accordance with contract terms.
• Profitability Analysis:
  Partner with Sales and FP&A to analyze the impact of incentives on overall company profitability.
• Account Reconciliation:
  Reconcile incentive-related accounts monthly and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Payroll & Benefits Accounting:
  Execute bi-weekly journal entries for payroll, commissions, and 401k, including month-end accruals.
• Financial Reporting:
  Conduct month-end reviews and reconciliations for assigned General Ledger accounts and transaction cycles.
• Strategic Support:
  Lead or support special projects and process improvements as assigned by finance leadership.
