We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer with a strong background in mechanical design, automation, and robotics. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between mechanical engineering and advanced control systems, contributing to the design and optimization of automated manufacturing solutions.

  • Design and develop custom automation cells and End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT) using Solid Works
  • Perform robot reachability studies and payload analysis to validate system performance
  • Program and optimize robotic workcells, including motion profiles and logic
  • Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs and HMI interfaces
  • Create and interpret electrical schematics and industrial drawings
  • Integrate machine vision systems for inspection, part detection, and robotic guidance
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards (ANSI/RIA, ISO)
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to improve efficiency
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related)
  • 5–7 years of experience in industrial automation or manufacturing engineering
  • Strong proficiency in Solid Works (2020 preferred) and AutoCAD
  • Experience with fixture design (preferably powertrain or automotive)
  • Hands‑on experience with PLC programming and HMI development
  • Experience with 6‑axis robots (Fanuc, ABB, or KUKA)
  • Knowledge of machine vision systems (Cognex, Keyence)
  • Strong understanding of GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience in Automotive OEM or Tier 1 environments
  • FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) certification
  • Experience with safety standards such as ISO 10218, ISO 13849, or ANSI B11.19
  • Exposure to safety PLCs, light curtains, and fail‑safe systems
