Job Title:
Sr. Field Service III

Responsibilities

Perform daily inspection of robots and connected equipment
Boot up associated systems and troubleshoot any issues
Set up environments and help robots perform pre-defined use cases
Record and document system performance, issues, and suggestions for improvement
Help customers pick and replenish goods required to test the robot operations

Skills and Requirements

Experience with command line interface on Linux systems
Writing procedures and/or work instructions
Experience training others is a plus
Experience with AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots) is a plus
Professional experience with a medium level of responsibility
Customer interfacing experience
Problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
Interest in new technologies
High attention to detail
Good situational awareness with ability to assess and document system status

Education and/or Experience

High School diploma or GED required
