• Deliver coordinated nursing care for maternity patients and normal newborns in a maternal newborn unit
• Provide comprehensive antepartum/antenatal and postpartum/postnatal care, including labor and delivery services
• Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in patient care delivery
• Supervise and direct various levels of nursing staff while coordinating interdisciplinary care
• Work within established standards of care following the nursing process model

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in California
• Current BLS/ACLS certification as required
• Experience in labor and delivery, antepartum, and postpartum nursing care
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate care across multiple disciplines
