• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for AI models and systems.
• Define testing strategies and methodologies tailored to generative AI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design effective test scenarios.

• Execute manual and automated tests to validate AI models and their outputs.
• Perform functional, regression, performance testing on AI systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues through to resolution.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Utilize AI-specific testing tools and frameworks to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
• Explore and implement new tools and technologies to improve the testing process.

• Ensure the quality and reliability of AI models by validating data inputs, model training processes, and outputs.
• Conduct thorough reviews of AI model performance, accuracy, and fairness.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, results, and quality metrics.

• Should be able to highlight and escape risks/impediments to the SM

• Constant communication and follow-ups with various stake holders to track deliverables during test planning, preparation and execution phases as applicable.
• Send out daily status report with accurate execution and defect metrics to SM for the agreed cut off time set for the application release/project.
• Participate in project meetings to provide feedback and statistics of the project in relation to the test quality.

• Effectively and collaboratively identify, elevate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

WRB Tech – Quality Engineering

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Strong understanding of Banking Domain Application
• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for RESTful APIs.
• Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
• Create test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to enhance product quality.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly generative AI.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
• Experience with AI testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools (e.g., Jenkins, Selenium).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Creating test cases for scenarios on confusion matrix [True positive, True Negative, False Positive, False Negative].
