Security Officer - Front Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location;
Staff the front desk and help manage access by greeting and directing visitors, verifying identification and/or appointment information as required, and issuing visitor credentials according to site procedures;
Monitor lobby and reception activity, observe for unusual conditions, and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel while maintaining a professional, service-focused presence;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and completing required reports and/or logs;
Answer and route incoming calls and inquiries, support check-in and check-out processes as assigned, and coordinate with Allied Universal leadership and onsite contacts to address security-related service needs
