This is a full-time on-site role for an Internet Sales Specialist located in DeLand, FL. The Internet Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers via online platforms, responding promptly to inquiries, generating sales leads, and guiding clients through the vehicle purchasing process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, participating in sales training, and staying updated on e-commerce trends and company inventory.

• Proven experience and skills in Customer Service and Sales
• Strong Communication abilities to build rapport with potential customers and answer inquiries effectively
• Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms and processes
• Proficiency in Training and mentoring team members when required
• Highly organized with attention to detail and a professional attitude
• Strong ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
