Job DescriptionVerifies that deposits are completed daily and reports any discrepancies to the retail manager. Ensures accurate signage, appropriate price points, and clear nutritional labeling on all retail merchandise. Meets with the retail manager as scheduled to discuss planning, execution, and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, sales, initiatives, employee development, and innovative ideas. Other duties as assigned. Participates in interviewing candidates for new positions and trains, coaches, and supervises employees.
Conducts outreach marketing and event coordination, including tracking expenses and achieving goals. Consults with management on new business/retail initiatives and programs that follow the mission and vision of the organization. Maintains the storefront’s appearance in an organized, clean, visually appealing environment. Coordinates routine movement of products in the storefront with attention to visual displays and prominent product placement. Manages daily operations to ensure efficient completion of required duties, including production, quality, timely services, and temperature monitoring.
Achieves and exceeds monthly budgeted sales, gross profit, and net income goals established by retail leadership.
