Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
  • Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals; delegate tasks; follow up; report results.
  • Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience; run sales promotions; train service staff; organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas for optimal service.
  • Deliver high‑quality food quickly; maintain food safety; control food cost; train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
  • Hire qualified crew; train them well; schedule them to meet sales and profit goals; recognize and motivate crew throughout their time working there.
Qualifications
  • Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
  • Positive team player with flexible schedule who enjoys fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
