• Provides patient care appropriate to age, mobility, acuity, and culture.
• Assists with physician exams and data gathering.
• Performs and documents basic nursing procedures and medication administration.
• Administers ordered treatments and medications within scope of practice safely and competently.
• Monitors patient’s status throughout shift and reports pertinent patient information and significant findings to appropriate healthcare team members.

• Technical/Vocational School (Required)
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
