OverviewWe are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team at a comprehensive substance use and behavioral health treatment center.
This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful, evidence-based care across multiple levels of treatment while supporting individuals with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and psychiatric stabilization needs.
The ideal candidate is clinically grounded, documentation-strong, and passionate about delivering ethical, client-centered care within an integrated treatment model.
Qualifications- Active, unrestricted clinical license in the state of Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent)
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Experience treating substance use disorders and/or co-occurring conditions
- Working knowledge of ASAM criteria and levels of care
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment
- Experience in Detox, Residential, PHP, IOP, or Outpatient settings
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, MI, and relapse prevention models
- Experience working with psychiatric populations or primary mental health programming
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy as assigned
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
- Document all services accurately and timely in compliance with regulatory and payer standards
- Participate in treatment team meetings, case reviews, and discharge planning
- Collaborate with nursing, medical, and psychiatric staff to ensure integrated care delivery
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
