Job Description

We are seeking a Finance Manager to support a healthcare operations site in DeLand, FL. This role will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis while partnering closely with operational leadership to drive informed business decisions and improve financial outcomes.

This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility position ideal for a finance professional who thrives in an operational environment and enjoys translating financial data into actionable insights.

• Own annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
• Analyze financial performance, variances, and operational KPIs
• Partner with site leadership to guide financial decision‑making
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and performance reports
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements
• Support monthly close, audits, and compliance activities

• 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or operational finance
• Experience supporting business operations or site leadership
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Healthcare, hospital, or multi‑site services environment experience
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Background partnering with operational leaders in a fast‑paced setting
