Responsibilities and qualifications:
Person(s) to assist with the conduct of background investigations. Work consists of calls, emails, faxes to previous employers, educational institutions, prior military, character references, and recording the interviews in a proprietary database. Input application information into the proprietary database. Part time and full time work available. Require outstanding verbal and written communication skills, computer operations and fast/accurate typing. Prior experience with inbound and outbound calling is preferred such as call centers, order clerks, data entry.
Minimum of high school, some college preferred. Prior to hire, an applicant must pass a rigorous background investigation including criminal history check, verification of prior employment, character reference check, education verification (if in past 5 years), military verification if applicable. Must be drug free. Reliable transportation needed. Starting pay is $15 per hour. Pay is evaluated after 90 days of work.
Vacation time is earned after a years service. Hours over 40 per week are paid at times 1.5. Holiday pay is paid after 90 days of service. Holiday and project bonuses paid for outstanding work.
