Job Overview
In this role, the Branch Office Administrator (BOA) team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long‑term financial goals. The primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. This position is full‑time and located at 843 N Woodland Blvd Suite #1, Deland, FL.

Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service:
Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. - Account Management:
Understand the financial services industry, including account opening, handling account transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently under the direction of the financial advisor. Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes by updating SOPs and executing the branch business plan. - Technology:
Apply strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm‑provided software.

- Competitive base pay:
Hiring Minimum $21.38 per hour, Hiring Maximum $23.14 per hour (subset of total pay range). Merit‑based salary increases are available. - Comprehensive 6‑month training with an experienced peer mentor.
