Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager required to join a highly regarded supplier of CNC machines and capital equipment.

• Identify and secure new sales opportunities across Wisconsin while strengthening relationships with current clients to grow territory presence and increase CNC machine tool sales.
• Manage and support a team of 5 Sales Engineers, assisting with customer visits and conducting regular meetings to support them with targets and goals.
• Attend trade shows and events to promote new CNC machines and precision manufacturing solutions.
• Oversee customer engagements from initial discussions through completion, including training and demonstrations, while managing a sales pipeline through a CRM system.

• Prior experience selling CNC machines, cutting tools, capital equipment, work holding or similar within the precision manufacturing sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field is advantageous although not a requirement.
• Willing to travel to meet customers when required.
• Must reside in Wisconsin or be willing to relocate to Wisconsin.
