We are a small but growing clinic with 8 years of established care, helping patients with chronic/complex to simple/acute problems. We focus on keeping patients active and avoiding medications or surgeries.

Our team currently includes 3 Physical Therapists and we are adding a Sales/Patient Care Coordinator to support rapid growth and exceptional patient experience.
The right person has sales experience and can manage different personalities with kindness and compassion. You will answer questions, overcome objections, and convert inquiries into paying patients, both on the phone and in person.
The RoleYour role is a key driver of the practice. You will manage the clinic phone line, follow up with leads, convert inquiries to paying patients, and ensure patients are welcomed and cared for. You will respond to email and social media inquiries and assist with marketing, scheduling, and other projects.
Your success is tied to the practice’s success. Booking new patients and retaining them as lifelong customers drives revenue and future growth, including professional growth, bonuses, and raises.
You will create a service-focused customer experience that patients are excited to pay for and eager to tell others about.
Responsibilities- Be a Leader: take on leadership roles within the organization.
- Nurture incoming leads by phone and convert them to Initial Evaluations or Free Consultations.
- Explain the value of services and address price objections.
- Lead lengthy phone conversations (often 15-20 minutes) with new patients to ensure commitment.
- Track personal performance and report weekly results; analyze outcomes and seek improvement.
- Engage in sales training and participate in team trainings and meetings.
- Manage client relationships and network to establish referrals and partnerships.
- Utilize technologies to streamline operations (e.g., Google Docs, Google Calendar, Intake Q).
- Ensure callers are scheduled and understand time and cost commitments for therapy.
