• Manage multiple projects for a variety of clients throughout eastern Wisconsin.
• Collaborate with a variety of disciplines within SEH to solve challenges and provide solutions.
• Represent SEH with local governments, municipalities and other agencies at project and public meetings.
• Mentor junior‑level staff to help foster a positive team environment.
• Partner with business development staff to present proposals to clients, interview for projects, and select project teams.
• Hybrid work environment with potential to be fully remote.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and other computer software programs.
• Residing within 50 miles of Delafield, WI.
• Ability to report into the Delafield office in the beginning with potential to be fully remote after a few months.
• Experience being lead project manager on municipal and/or roadway projects.

• Ability to develop new business opportunities and win project work.
• Working with multiple municipalities.
• The want and ability to coach and mentor junior level technical and engineering staff.

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $120,000 and $140,000 based on skill set and experience. Check out our full benefits package at SEH Hiring Journey.
