Overview

About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the 47th Force Support Squadron, Arts and Crafts - Frame Shop, located at Laughlin AFB, Del Rio, Texas.

This position is Flexible, guaranteed a minimum of 0 hours but can work up to a maximum of 40 hours per week. May include nights, weekends and holidays. As a flexible employee, you are not eligible for leave or benefits.

Duties include:

• Operates the cash register, collects money, makes change and issues receipts. Closes out the cash register, completes required paperwork and submits entire package to supervisor.
• Uses small equipment within the Frame Shop, including but not limited to the engraving machine and matt cutter.
• Prepares verbal and written estimates for customers, notifies customer when orders are complete.
• Calls in requests for framing supplies. Processes returns and credits with suppliers.
• Provides customer service, answers telephones. Places special orders. Stocks merchandise received.
