Nurse Practitioner​/Physician's Assistant; Mid-Level Provider

The Mid-Level Provider (NP/PA) independently delivers comprehensive, evidence-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient counseling, documented via Athenahealth EHR.

• Qualifications include a relevant degree (MSN, BSN, or Physician Assistant), active Texas license, certification (ANCC or PANCE), and at least one year of clinical experience.
• Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and technological skills, with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, BLS certification, and the ability to work autonomously.
• Responsibilities encompass patient assessment, diagnostic testing, procedures, care planning, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure quality, safety, and continuity of care.
