Service Porter

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our Fleet Service Department here at Brad Manning Ford. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service through the timely and safe transportation of vehicles. Your primary responsibilities will include picking up vehicles from customers and delivering them to designated locations, all while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

You'll be the face of our company, representing our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a strong understanding of automotive operations, and the ability to navigate various routes efficiently. This position requires a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Pick up and deliver vehicles to and from designated locations as per schedule
• Ensure vehicles are handled with care and kept in excellent condition during transit
• Conduct basic inspections of vehicles before and after pickup and delivery
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding timelines and any changes
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations at all times while driving
• Assist with miscellaneous cleaning, picking up parts at various locations, and test driving service vehicles.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience in vehicle transportation or delivery is a plus!
• Strong understanding of automotive safety and operational protocols
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous dealership experience is a plus!
