Nurse Supervisor | RN
Location: Tutera Senior Living and Health Care
Shift: Saturday and Sunday, 12 hour shift
Sign‑on bonus: $10,000
What You Will DoAs a Nurse Supervisor, you will ensure that care delivery is consistent with the company’s mission and policies, adheres to accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will manage the overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during assigned shifts, mentor and educate nursing personnel, and collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals.
Qualifications- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, active and in good standing.
- Prior experience as an RN in a long‑term care, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or memory care setting.
- Fire and passion for working with seniors.
- Flexible, fun, energetic personality.
- Professional image in appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
