- Process incoming breast pump and supply orders/resupply orders to ensure accurate and timely dispensing of products to patients.
- Contact patients regarding their orders.
- Create sales orders.
- Follow up via email and text communications.
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Be able to work both independently and with a team.
- Be friendly, compassionate, and reliable.
- Have the ability to execute coordinated efforts in the interest of the common cause.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong emphasis on positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
No experience necessary. Extensive on-the-job training will be provided.
