Northern Rehab Physical Therapy Specialists are seeking a motivated and organized Physical Therapy Technician/Receptionist to join our busy, patient-centered clinic in Rochelle. In this versatile role, you'll support both front-office operations and direct patient care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Greet patients and provide friendly, welcoming customer service
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
• Handle billing, insurance verification, and related administrative tasks
• Assist physical therapists with patient care
• Perform general clerical duties, such as answering phones, maintaining records, and ensuring a clean, organized reception and treatment space

• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Self-directed with attention to detail and time management
• Friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to help others
• Previous experience in a medical office, physical therapy clinic, or customer service role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications (e.g., CPR) are a plus
